A Little Bit of Everything

Written by ouiidistrict

I always get asked to define my sense of style, and I can’t just put one label on it because, well, I love a little bit of everything. I love to follow trends but also try to lay the stones for my own path of fashion. For the New Year I had quite a few resolutions to stick to, but two were to test my styling capabilities and take fearless fashionable risks like my fashion idol Carrie Bradshaw. So here it is, my first outfit of 2016 that truly embraces my personal style.

Wearing- Coat-Forever21 | Blouse-Gap | Jeans-H&M | Boots-H&M | Scarf-Craft Warehouse | Bag-Ms.Littles Bag | Belt-Thrifted

Here I’ve got a little bit of everything going on! I’m wearing my favorite pair of faded worn in high waisted skinny jeans. I’ve paired these with a classic white blouse as well as a structured and minimalist long camel coat. To add some western flare, I accessorized the otherwise plain look with a black and white bandana tied around my neck, as well as  large black leather buckle belt. I chose to carry a leather oversized clutch to fit all of my winter essentials. I wore my classic black ankle booties 1. because they’re the shoes I use to walk on the snowy icy streets and 2. they go with literally everything!

This outfit embodies al of my alternate fashion personas. The minimalist, the Podunk Princess, the vintage vixen, they’re all here in one awesome outfit that’ll get a lot of re-wears in 2016!
